Our deepest sympathy to all the Grotto family, in your loss of Joe Sr. Such a nice man, He and Norma were great neighbors to us on Edwardsville Road, many years ago. He always enjoyed visiting with our father across the fence. So sad to loose our parents, but a comfort to know that your parents are together again. Thoughts and prayers are with all. Barbara, Roger and Ron McCray

Oh I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He and Norma use to come in Taco Bell until her passing. Then Joe would come in for a quick burrito and a hug. Joe always had to have a hug. We would talk for a short bit and he would be on his way. He also enjoyed bringing me things from his garden. He will be deeply missed by many.

Dear Grotto Family,

It was my honor and priveledge to help care for Joe at Van Matre. He touched me deeply with his humor and good will. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. I wish you all the best and will remember him always. Hannah, OT.

Donna,
I am sorry to read of the death of your Dad. He had a long life. I know how hard it is to lose your parents and it is especially hard to lose them at Christmas time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
