Payment Policy

Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory has established a uniform payment policy to serve all families fairly. This payment policy enables us to contain our costs and requires that all financial arrangements be completed on or before the time of services take place. 

For the convenience of our families, we accept:

• Checks
• Cash
• Debit Cards (plus a 3% surcharge)
• Credit Cards (plus a 3% surcharge)
• Crowdfunding, directly on your loved one's website obituary page 
• Insurance Policy Assignment

Payment may be in any combination of these options from multiple persons.

We will accept payment from a life insurance company should you provide a policy which we can verify and have all beneficiaries sign on an assignment form and the insurance claim forms. The insurance company will send us payment in full and any remaining amount will be sent in a separate check directly to the beneficiary.

Due to the complexity and time involved, we are unable to accept payments from estates.

If you would like to arrange a service and do not have sufficient funds to pay, we will be pleased to discuss arrangements to fit an adjusted service within your means.
