Victor was a good friend to me and Tom since we met about 12 years ago.
He was a good guy!
I know his family although I have never met any of them. He shared lots of fond memories and pictures with us.

I love you my oldest brother. Im glad we were able to talk more this past year and im sad i dont get to talk to you anymore or get anymore random messages from you on facebook. I hope your at peace. I know your with our dad so i bet your so happy not in this crazy world. Your daughters love and miss you. There is a daughter and brothers and sisters that werent mentioned above but we will remember you forever.
