I knew Travis when he was in his teens. He was the drummer in a small band my dad had and he was the best. From reading on here Travis stayed the same through his life. The last time I remember seeing him, he was in Dell on leave from the service and came to see my parents, in the early 80's. He was then a loving, kind person and always treated me like a kid sister. I am glad to hear he didn't change. I am sorry for our loss of Travis but i am sure God has another angel.

Travis was a great guy to work with. I enjoyed his humor and banter. He went out of his way to do a good job and spoke frankly. I'll miss him.

Travis will be so missed!! He is IRREPLACEABLE and his absence has been and will continue to be felt in our family for many years to come. Christmas and trips to the county fairs or air shows will never quite feel the same.
Travis was the person who would just call to make sure you were doing OK. He was the person who would give you the last dollar he had if you needed it, the person who got up in the middle of the night and brought you medicine because he thought it would make you feel better. He was the guy who dreamed of winning the lottery so he could take care of his family. He was also the person with whom I loved to joke around and argue about dumb things until one of us got so riled up that the other would start laughing and then we both would laugh.
Most of all, he was the “dad” to my daughter. He stepped in and filled that role in her life that would have otherwise been missing, and for that I am eternally grateful. He spent his weekends taking her to do things just to see her smile. He answered the tearful phone calls of a drama-filled teenage girl and he taught her to drive. He was there for her, not because he had to be, but because he wanted to be. When my daughter had children of her own (even though Travis was already sick), he still made weekly visits to see the babies and of course he usually came bearing some kind of gifts, because after all, spoiling kids was always one of Travis’ specialties.
He did all of this and so much more, and asked for nothing in return. People like Travis are few and far between…I am forever in his debt and he is forever in our hearts.

You and Kylie (and her babies) meant the world to Travis. No matter what we were doing he would drop anything to help you guys. I can only imagine your feelings of loss. It is well known by all of us, just how much he loved you guys. We keep you in our prayers.
