John Robert Tellez

John Robert Tellez, 40, of Rockford passed on to a better life on January 12, 2017 after suffering massive heart failure. John Robert, son of Mr. Johnny C. and Mary Alma Tellez. John Robert loved life, spent 5 years in the Military serving this country, and most of all he enjoyed spending time with children. John showed love to almost everyone he met, he will be missed.

Survived by his mother, Mary Alma; children, Isabelle (Loren Cabral), Naudia, John Robert II, Natalya Tellez (Jessica Tellez); sister, Monica Tellez; nieces, Victoria, Daniela; nephew, Ricardo Garcia. Predeceased by grandparents; father; Johnny; and niece, Gabrielle Aranda.

Funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2017 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory - Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until time of service.
