Melvin L. Enstrom

Melvin L. Enstrom, 87, of Rockton, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2015.  Born in Hines, Minnesota, the son of Roy and Ruth (Quimby) Enstrom; married Amy Charlton in 1955 in Minnesota.  Melvin served in the military and was a machinist at Ingersoll for 30 years.  He cut and sold firewood in the area for many years and he owned a plane which he loved flying.  He was a kind, humble, moral, giving and loving husband, father, grandpa and friend who held unwavering faith in the Lord.  He loved his family wholeheartedly and was a simple yet dignified man.  We will all miss him forever.

Survived by his wife, Amy; son, Steven (Janie) Enstrom; daughter, Lynn (Lance) Lederman; four grandchildren, Eric, Randy, Steve and Melissa.  Predeceased by his parents and sister.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 25, 2015 from 4:00pm until 5:30pm with a Celebration of Life at 5:30pm  in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory, Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe.  Burial will be in Hines, Minnesota. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.  To share a memory or express condolences, visit honquestfh.com.
