Raymond F. Mudd

Raymond Franklin Mudd, 64, was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 20, 1952. He departed this life on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 surrounded by his loving wife. Raymond served in the United States Air Force. He worked at Omni Source in Fort Wayne, Indiana before moving to Illinois in 2004.  He was employed by Clark Western Steel of Rochelle, Illinois until the onset of his illness.

He leaves to cherish his everlasting memory, his dedicated and loving wife, Dorothy Mudd; three sons, Raymond (Kimberly) Mudd of Victorville, California, Brandon (Brenda) Mudd of Colorado, Patrick (Alexis) Mudd of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one daughter, Aimee (Eric Fry) Mudd of Colorado; three dedicated step-children, Jason (Carrie) Herman, Crystal Herman, Shahalonie (Willie) Smoot, all of Illinois; 24 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one niece, Aja Mudd of Belize, South America; four sisters-in-law and three brothers-in-law; and a host of cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, David F. and Flora Mae Mudd; brother, Ronnie Mudd and two brothers-in-law, Ronal Herman and John Douglas; father-in-law, Yateman Cole.
