Lois E. O'Rourke

Lois E. O’Rourke, 80, of Loves Park passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016. Born September 12, 1935 in Rockford to Herschel and Ollie (Sherlock) Wolfe. Lois was an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.

Survivors include children, Cindi (Larry) Warren of Loves Park, Sue (Dick) Snow of Sycamore, Chuck (Judy) Bergsmith of Sycamore, Tim (Stacy) Bergsmith of Richmond Hill, GA; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Roberta; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husband, Jim O’ Rourke; granddaughter, Wendi; great grandson, Blake; brothers, Virgil, Lawrence; and sister, Doris.

Funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Private family burial in Willwood Burial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family to be used in Lois’s name at a later date.
