Wilma E. Phelps

Wilma E. Phelps passed away on December 16, 2015.  She was born on November 29, 1930 in Glenrock, Wyoming to William and Mina Chadwick.  The family moved to Winter, Wisconsin in 1933.  She was married to William Phelps in 1949. 

Survivors include her husband, Bill; sons, Dave (Lori) Phelps of Crystal Lake, Illinois, Dan (Sarah) Phelps of Roscoe, Illinois; and daughters, Kathy (Alan) Comeau of Monroe, Wisconsin, Pat (Bill) Moan of Stoughton, Wisconsin, and Jeanne (Jon) Jennings of Lincolnwood, Illinois; sisters, Nancy Harvey of Woodstock, Illinois and Lois Richards of Mesa, Arizona; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.  Predeceased by parents; brothers, Bruce and Robert; and sister, Betty. 

Burial in Winter, WI Cemetery.
