William "Bill" D. Smith, 56, of Rockford, passed away Monday, November 16, 2020. He was born on August 25, 1964 in Rockford to Dale and Sharon (Brewster) Smith. Bill graduated from East High School in 1982. He worked for HSA for 25 years.

Survivors include his parents, Dale and Sharon Smith; daughters, Nicole (Cody) Cramer and Claire Smith; brother Brian (Katina) Smith; nieces, Alison and Marisa Smith; aunt and uncle, Pam and Dave Johnson; cousin, Chris Shafer; longtime love, Vicki Wagner.
