Tina Toy Cook, 64, Rockford, IL passed away on Wednesday March 13, 2019 after a long illness surrounded by her family. Born in Rockford, daughter of Henry and Jo Ann Southerland.

Tina is survived by her loving husband, Tom; siblings, Patty (Charles) Hamilton and Barbara (Mike) Hodyniak; step-daughter, Amy (Jeff) Taber; 4 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; beloved children, William Long and Tonya Southerland; brother, Allen Southerland; sisters, Janie Bennett and Anita Crippen; niece, Lisa Diaz.
