Teresa Hartsock

Teresa G. Hartsock, 64, of Rockford, IL, passed away on August 30, 2025. Born in Rockford, IL, on September 2, 1960, to her parents, Garland W. Hartsock and Janice L. Johnson. Teresa enjoyed listening to Old-Time Country Music. She was always journaling about her life, as that brought her comfort. In her free time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles and doing diamond art.

She is survived by her longtime partner, Dave; parents, Garland W. and Janice L. Hartsock; children, Serena (Ben) Seyller; grandchildren, Christian, Nicolas, Anthony, and step-grandsons, Fabian and Benji; siblings, Sheila (Mike) Fowler, Lorri (Tim) Blair, Garland Lee Hartsock, and Robert Hartsock; special pet dog, Radar.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, at Honquest Family Funeral Home, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111. Followed by burial at Highland Garden of Memories, Belvidere.  Memorials may be made to the family.
