Steven W. Franzen

Steven W. Franzen, 78, of Roscoe, passed away May 29, 2022. Steven served in the US Air Force. He was a mechanical engineer, working for W.A. Whitney for 25 years as well as KTI-Quantum Design for 23 years. He married his wife Susan in 1988. 

Steven is survived by his wife, Susan; children, Mary Franzen, Heather (Cory) Daehn, Anita (Arvid) Mosnes, Miah (Graeme) Hesketh, and Richie Franzen; grandchildren, Maze and Dakota Franzen, Brandon, Connor and Hayden Rosborough and Kayla and Carter Daehn; brothers, Nick Franzen, Tim (Dawn) Franzen, Jon (Kathy) Franzen, and Mark (Margie) Franzen.

Predeceased by his father, Walter Franzen; and mother, Beverly Franzen.

Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 25, 2022, in Hope Evangelical Free Church, 5656 Elevator Road, Roscoe, IL with a memorial visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Rockford Rescue Mission or Hope Evangelical Free Church.
