Sharon "Ann" A. Criswell

Sharon “Ann” A. Criswell, 68, of Machesney Park passed away September 21, 2021 surrounded by her loving daughter and son-in-law. Born September 7, 1953 in Sallisaw, OK, the daughter of James and Margaret (McCombs) Criswell. Employed as a medical transcriptionist for various OSF St. Anthony locations until her retirement. Ann enjoyed drawing, painting, reading and playing board and card games with her family. She was an avid blood donor and advocate and supporter of veterans.

Survivors include daughter, Rachel (David) Parry of Machesney Park; granddaughter, Emma Parry; siblings, James (Karen) Criswell, Pat Criswell, Barbara (Mike) Keck, Jennifer (Gerald) James; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents.

Memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm, Friday, September 24, 2021 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 5:00 pm until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to veteran’s organization or cancer organization of your choosing.
