Ronald C. Phillips, 81, of Rockford, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019. He was born on December 27, 1937 in Peoria, Illinois to Corwin C. and Helen Mary (Fancher) Phillips. Ronald married Karen Grant in Lovington, Illinois on October 20, 1956.

Survivors include his son, Jeff Phillips; grandsons, Matthew (Tea) Phillips and Jared (Carrie) Phillips; great-grandsons, Cameron, Liam and Reece; brothers, Norman and Rick Phillips. Predeceased by his parents and wife, Karen Phillips and two siblings.
