June 10, 1988 ~ December 18, 2016 (age 28) 28 Years Old

Robert “Adam” Bergstadt, 28, of Roscoe, joined the Lord after complications to pneumonia Sunday, December 18, 2016 in Lorreto Hospital in Chicago. Adam was born on June 10, 1988 in Rockford to Robert A. Bergstadt and Kimberly Carlton. He was educated at Harlem Jr. High and was a graduate of Harlem High School, Machesney Park. As a child Adam was always eager to go camping and spend time in the Wisconsin Dells with his family. He appreciated tinkering and restoring Model-T’s with his father in the shop of the family business. Adam enjoyed learning as much about computers as he could and setting up technical devices for his mom and Grandma Pat. Adam’s memorable past-times included spending time with his Grandpa Bill, from fishing on the river to planting a spring garden and even mowing his grandpa’s lawn. He was always excited to see his grandpa pull up in a gravel truck and take him for rides. Adam loved to travel to Florida and Arkansas on family vacations. Recently Adam loved to see his nieces and nephews play and laugh at holiday gatherings. He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved to watch them beat the Chicago Bears. Adam was a member of Crossroads Community Church, Morrison, IL.
