Robert Edward Perkins, III

Robert “Bob” Edward Perkins III, 58, of Machesney Park, IL, passed away on February 7, 2021. He was born to parents Robert Perkins and Teresa Perkins (Ksenzarski), on January 19, 1963 in Chicago, IL.
 

Bob worked as a Forklift Driver / Pulper Operator for 30+ years alongside his father at Sonoco Products Co.

He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, riding his motorcycle, working with his hands, spending time with friends and family and helping anyone who needed it.

Bob is survived by his mother, Teresa Perkins; siblings Joe Perkins (Gina), Jean Bilodeau (William), John Perkins (Debbie), Richard Perkins (Teri), Doris Schmoldt, Sissy Schultz, Debora Peterson; nieces and nephews John Perkins, Brandon Perkins (Hanna) Bobby Perkins, Britney Mauro (Dalton), Jessica Perkins, Amber Kasyanyuk (Taras), Katie Perkins, Janice Richards (Chris), Judy Ann Spregler, Pamela Ziegler (Seth), Bobbie Lynn Schultz, Larry Dale Schultz (Mandy); as well as many great nephews, Joshua, Dexter, Adrian, Noah, Charlie, Zairee, Nicholas, Larry; and great nieces, Elliana, Carley, Alexis Rae, Magdalyn.

Bob was very close with his mother, Teresa; sister, Jean; and brother, Richard.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Edward Perkins; uncle, Joseph Ksenzarski, and his grandparents.

A visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 12, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. with a funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL 61111. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Machesney Park, IL.
