Richard Holmin

Richard Holmin passed away on December 3, 2024, after a brief illness. He was born in Rockford, IL and graduated from East High School. He worked as an addiction counselor for many years. Rich loved people and always saw the best in everyone he met. 

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Sharon; sons, Michael, Kevin, and Kurt; dear sister, Ann Downie; several nieces and nephews.

Rich's family would like to express their eternal gratitude to the staff of Fairhaven Christian Center for the wonderful care they provided.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 16, 2024, at Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center, 3470 N Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61114, at 1:00 P.M.
