Randall "Randy" L. Prock

Randall "Randy" L. Prock, 68, of Machesney Park, IL, passed away on Thursday, September 10, 2020 surrounded by his family.  He was born in Rockford on February 29, 1952 to Kenneth and Velma (Litten) Prock.  He worked for about 30 years in maintenance at Clinton Electronics.  Randy's faith was important to him, and his generosity was an inspiration to those who knew him.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  He enjoyed nature, fishing, NASCAR, dirt track racing, and was a Cubs and Bears fan.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan (Stephanie) Prock and their children, Benjamin and Julia; brother, Don Prock; sisters, Diana (Chris) Martinez and Bonnie Wood; nieces, Tina and Cindy Grahn, Brigette (Alvin) Ross, Candice (Pete) Meister, Alicia (Shannon) Stoltz, Missy (Shannon) Palmer, Brittany Wood, and Cara Prock; nephew, Christopher (Brandy) Prock; many great-nephews and nieces; former spouse, Bernadine Prock; and step-son, Wayne (Sherry) Heavlin, III. Predeceased by his parents; brother, Gary Prock and nephew, Aaron Prock.

Service will be at 2:00pm with a visitation from 1:00pm until the time of service on Thursday, September 17, 2020 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL 61111.  Masks are required and please observe social distancing.  In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, stjude.org.
