Obituary
Priscilla M. Peters, 90, of South Beloit, passed away August 15, 2023. Born November 8, 1932, in Leroy Township, Boone County, IL. She was the daughter of Samuel and Jamima (McClure) McCullough.
Priscilla graduated from Capron High School in 1950. She married Allan Peters on February 19, 1955. She worked for Admiral in Harvard, IL for many years.
Priscilla was best known for her pies and her delicious molasses cookies. She loved going to auctions and had a passion for collecting glassware.
Survived by her children, Rixie (Tim) Jaenecke and Rollie (Rita) Peters; grandchildren, Brian (Tamra) Jaenecke, Jason (Jeanna) Jaenecke, Kristen Hammond, Brett (Catharin) Peters, and Michael (Kristen) Peters; several great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley (Jim) Pribble; sister-in-law, Grace McCullough.
Preceded in death by her husband, Allan Peters; parents, Samuel and Jamima McCullough; siblings, Jean, Mac, Marjorie, and Don.
Services for Priscilla will be a private.
