Patrick Folliard

Patrick M. Folliard, age 70, of Rockford, passed away on January 18, 2026, after bravely battling a medical condition.

Patrick was born on October 6, 1955, to Thomas and Margaret (Pumphrey) Folliard. He graduated from West High School and went on to earn his undergraduate degree from Northern Illinois University. Patrick dedicated over ten years of his professional life to working as an occupational therapist at Hines Hospital, where he cared deeply for the patients he served.

Patrick is survived by his brothers, Robert and William Folliard; and his niece and nephew, Garrett and Kaitlyn Folliard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret Folliard; and his aunts, Jane and Marian Pumphrey.

A small family viewing will be held at Honquest Family Funeral Home, followed by private family burial at Calvary Cemetery.
