Luis Fernando Campos, 16, of Rockford, passed away Monday, May 28, 2018. He was born on June 10, 2001 in Rockford, Illinois.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Edwards Catholic Church, 3004 11th St., Rockford, 61109 with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
