Louis Robert Garippo

Louis Robert Garippo, 89, of Rockford passed away Friday, September 3, 2021. Born April 1, 1932 in Chicago. Louis enjoyed watching westerns, dumpster diving and going out to coffee with friends and family. Most of all, Louis enjoyed spending time with his children.

Survivors include children, Bobby Garippo, Louis Garippo, Jr., Jenny Garippo; and granddaughter, Janessa Garippo. Predeceased by parents; siblings and mother of his children, Betty Garippo.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
