London Schade Walker-Hare

London Schade Walker-Hare was born on January 19th, 2026, and peacefully departed this earthly life on April 13th, 2026, in Rockford, Illinois. She was the beloved daughter of Nicole Walker and Jason Hare. 

Though her time with us was brief, her life was filled with love and sweetness, leaving a lasting and meaningful impact on all who knew her. She brought immeasurable joy into our lives and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. 

London will always be cherished and lovingly remembered by her parents; her godparents, Bernickia and Kobby; maternal grandmother, Vickie Chandler; paternal grandparents, Bruce and Jula Towner; her sibling, Angela Chandler; her devoted aunt and uncle, Mariah and Kyaion Shanklin, along with many other family members and loved ones.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped us honor and celebrate London's life. This is an incredibly difficult time and we deeply appreciate the love, support and prayers we have received. We will forever be grateful.

A visitation for her will take place on Saturday, April 25th, from 10am until Noon at Honquest Family Funeral Home, 4311 North Mulford Rd., Loves Park. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation. A private burial will take place on Monday, April 27th at Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery, 6202 Charles St., Rockford, IL 61108.
