Livia Grace Hubert

Livia Grace Hubert was born on Febuary 6, 2007.  She LIVed a decade of love and inspiration. On September 23, 2017, Livia won her battle against Sanfilippo Syndrome.  She was lovingly surrounded by her mom, dad, and sister and a home full of many loved ones.

Livia is survived by her parents, Jacob and Kelly Hubert and sister, Finley Faith Hubert, all of Roscoe; her grandparents, George and Cindy Hubert of Fairmount, IL, James Fish and Carol Zuhone of Savoy, IL and Karin Fish of St. Joseph, IL; great-grandparents, Richard and Diane Freeman of Homer, IL; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins whom love her dearly.

Livia was a happy and laid back beam of sunshine who taught so many to LIV by Grace.  Her influence and presence has impacted a community of many.  She has inspired so much good and love that we will continue to carry on because of her.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2017 in City First Church, 5950 Spring Creek Rd., Rockford, Illinois 61114 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service with Pastor Jeremy DeWeerdt officiating.
