Lee Anne McLeod

Lee Anne McLeod, 77, of Rockford, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday, January 26, 2026.  She was born in Rockford on September 26, 1948 to Robert and Arlyne (Schindler) Foltz.  

Lee Anne was a hairstylist and co-owner of the Leading Lady salon for many years.  She was the director of the children’s Christmas party for 25+ years at the White Eagle Club.

She is survived by her husband, John; daughters, Stacy (Konrad) Kallenbach and Rian (Shane) Calvert; grandchildren, Beth, Kayla, Kylie, Trace and Sage; great-grandson, Lorenzo; brothers, Danny (Shirley), Randy (Terri), David and Rod; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Renee and Felicia.  She was predeceased by her parents.

Lee Anne was the rock of her family and will be dearly missed by all.

The family wishes to thank the nurses and phlebotomist at Carbone Cancer Center at Swedish American.

Funeral service will be at 4:00pm with a visitation from 2:00pm until the time of the service on Friday, January 30, 2026 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL 61111.  Pastor Dan Herman will be officiating.
