Laura Ann Miller

Laura, a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, left this world in peace on August 3rd, 2022 at the age of 65.  

She was born in September, 1956 to Silvio and Janet in Chicago, IL. Laura lovingly married Bill in April of 1977, her partner in all of life’s adventures; the two celebrated 45 happy years of marriage this year.

Laura was an encouraging, supportive, and always loving mother to her two children, Justin and Colin. Her three grandchildren will forever remember the way she always made their time together worthwhile and special.

Her Italian heritage always shining through; she loved cooking, sharing traditional family recipes and hosting holidays filled with laughter, food and always eggnog.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; sons, Justin (Jennifer) and Colin; sisters, Kathleen Boll, Gina (David) Boettcher, Marie (Mark) Fagan, Patricia Merlo; beloved grandsons, Elliot, Charles, and Walter Miller; sister-in-law, Becky (Claude/Mike) Girard; nieces, Laurie (Bob) Boettcher, Cassi (Cam) Fagan, Katherine (Andrew) Schwartz, and Michelle (Jake) Gerasch; nephew, Douglas (Tammy) Boll. Predeceased by sister, Linda Merlo; nephew, Steven Boettcher; parents, Silvio and Janet and parents-in-law, William and Barbara Miller.

A private gathering will be held at a later date to celebrate Laura’s life as she wished.
