Judith Ann Rygh

Judith Ann Rygh, 84, of Rockton, passed away June 28, 2025. She was born on February 18, 1941 in Oregon, IL, the daughter of Maine and Bessie Schier. Judith spent 38 years in the banking field. She enjoyed quilting, oil painting, and just life itself. She went on many wonderful vacations with her loving husband and mother, Bessie. Judith was an active member of Rock House Kids and many other charities. She prayed for world peace. God rest her soul.

Survivors include her husband, James J. Rygh; sons, Robert (Pam) Jones of Poplar Grove and Thomas Jones of Rockford; step-children, Sherrie and Shane Rygh; brother, Wayne (Linda) Schier of Mercedes, TX; and several grandchildren. Predeceased by a daughter, Debbie Jones.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM on Sunday, July 6, 2025 in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Roscoe Chapel - 11342 Main St., Roscoe with a memorial visitation from 12:00 PM until the time of the service.
