James "Chris" Thompson Obituary
Chris Thompson, 70, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2025 in Tucson, Arizona. He was born on October 7, 1955, in Rockford, IL to Allen and Florence (Williamson) Thompson.
Chris is survived by his son, Joshua; siblings, Ann Marie and Charles; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents; sisters, Julie and Mary Beth; brother, David; and sons, Robert and Nicholas.
Graveside service will be at 11:30am on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 8616 West State Road, Winnebago, IL 61088. Rev. Carl Beekman, pastor of St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Rockford, IL will officiate.
