James Lawrence Jones, Jr., 70, of Roscoe passed away Saturday, May 16, 2020. Born February 18, 1950 in Rockford, son of James Lawrence and Caroline (Scott) Jones, Sr. A veteran of the US Air Force serving during the Gulf War. Retired from the military after 24 years of service. Married Pamela Neath on November 7, 1970 in Loves Park.

Survivors include wife, Pamela Jones; children, Gregory (Makenzie Perryman) Jones, Scott Jones; grandchildren, Kylee (Collin) Riggs, Emily Jones, Kymberlie Jones; great grandchild, Blair Riggs; siblings, Mary Seipts, John (Jill) Jones, Vicki Lindeman; and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; granddaughter, Gracelyn; and brother-in-law, Jim Lindeman.

Private family services are to be held.
