Jacqueline M. Smith, 75, of Belvidere, passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2018. She was born on May 12, 1943 in Rockford to Harold and Virginia Mills. She married Leavett Smith on April 21, 1984 in Loves Park.

Survivors include her husband, Leavett Smith; daughter, Deborah Pomering; son, Steve Knoll; daughter, Denise (Marion) Soltysik; grandchildren, Cory (Jamie) Pomering, Staci (Niki) Zannen, Danielle Knoll, Morgan (Jesse) Shaw; great-grandchild, Boudi Shaw; stepchildren, Jean Troyke, Richard Smith, Julie Crenshaw, Darlene Bell, Jennifer Smith and Mehgan Dunlap; numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, grandparents, son, Patrick Knoll; brothers, Eddie and Dee.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
