Obituary
Jack W. Chamberlin, 80, of Loves Park, IL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 surrounded by family after a brief illness. Jack was born June 10, 1942 in Beloit, WI. Jack had a long career spanning over 50 years as an auto body repairman. He was a lifelong Packers fan, avid bowler and golfer. He enjoyed spending time in the garage tinkering and socializing with friends and family.
Jack is survived by daughter, Lisa (Rick) Bakewell; son, James (Karen) Chamberlin; step-daughter, Traci (Kerry) Hubble; grandchildren, Lindsey (Andrew) Sotomayor, Rachel Bakewell, Allison Bakewell, Dillon Chamberlin, and Jessica Chamberlin; great-grandchild, Elora Sotomayor. Jack is preceded in death by second wife, Patricia Chamberlin; parents, Clifford Chamberlin and Ruth Conroy; and brother, Michael Chamberlin.
A private memorial remembrance for family and close friends will be held at a future date.
