She attended many in-depth Bible studies at First Free Church and enjoyed serving funeral receptions at First Assembly of God Church for many years.

She is lovingly remembered by her children, Anita Smith of CO, James (Jen) Blough of MI, and Carolyn (Steve) Ungs of Loves Park, IL; grandchildren, Sarah (Mark) Hirleman, Rachel (Keith) Wood, Timothy (Amanda) Blough, Kirsten (David) Basco, Seth (Allison) Boomgarden, Libby (Pete) Myszka; great grandchildren, Hope Hirleman, Sawyer and Beckett Blough, Silas Myszka; and sister Patricia Jurgens.
