Howard Bellars Obituary

Howard Raymond Bellars, 77, of Rockford passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020. Born December 16, 1942 in Rockford to Roy and Helen Bellars. Married Sandra Sue Keena on December 31, 1960 in Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Rockford. A member of the Teamsters Union Local 325. Howard enjoyed casinos, concerts and loved food.

Survivors include children, Darrell Bellars, Dana (Troy) Wedekind; grandson, Scott Wedekind; great granddaughter, Brooke; and sister, Margo Walker. Predeceased by wife, Sandra in 2018; and 11 siblings.

Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2020 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park.
