Harold S. Richmond, Jr.

Harold S. Richmond, Jr., 91, of Loves Park, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022.  He was born on May 5, 1931, in Rockford to Harold S. Richmond, Sr. and Anna (Charlton) Richmond. He married Shirley A. Ferguson on March 3, 1951.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley, and is survived by his  five children, Pam Svatos, Dennis Richmond, Duke (Sue) Richmond, Susan (Dave) Baumgardner and Jeff Richmond; ten grandchildren, Holly Jones, Adam Fields, Jill Giordano, Allison Richmond, Claire Jiminez, Lisa Castillo, Annie Steele, Mike Richmond, Jacob Baumgardner, Lucas Baumgardner; sixteen great-grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie and David Lyle, Ariel and Meadow Fields, Mason and Devin Giordano, Poppy and unborn baby Jimenez, Javier and Marcos Castillo, Harper and Jack Steele, Violet Richmond, Gabby and Colin Baumgardner; three great-great-grandchildren, Terry Rose, Emily and Charlie (twins) Simmons.  Predeceased by his parents.

Memorial service will be at 11:00am on Saturday, November 26, 2022 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with Pastor Brent Dahlseng of Grace Lutheran Church officiating.
