Gladys H. Bylsma

Gladys Bylsma, 91, of Rockford passed away March 16, 2024, in Ascension Living St. Anne's Place surrounded by family. Born January 29, 1933 in Middleton, MO, the daughter of Leonard and Hattie (Nolan) Dixon. Gladys was the youngest of 7 children. She married William Bylsma on December 20, 1953. She enjoyed folk art painting, sewing, crafts, games, golf and playing with her grandkids. 

Survivors include son, Rodney (Luisa) Bylsma; daughter, Cindy (Steve) Gackstetter; grandchildren, Erik (Aleesha) Bylsma, Matt (Michelle) Bylsma, John (Maggie) Gackstetter, David (Tracy) Gackstetter and Joseph (Chad) Gackstetter; several great-grandchildren and step-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Bill Bylsma; two brothers, four sisters, and grandson Michael Gackstetter.
