Gerald L. Tresemer

Gerald L. Tresemer, 54, of Roscoe, IL passed away peacefully with family by his side on August 10, 2024. Gerald was born on May 13, 1970, in Rockford, IL to his parents, Greg and Helen (Witt) Tresemer.  Gerald graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree. In college, he was a member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity. He had a very successful career in sales. Gerald enjoyed sports, music, movies, and spending time with his boys. He will be dearly missed by so many.

Survived by his children, Sam and Nathan Tresemer; parents, Greg and Helen Tresemer; brothers, Derek (Bridget) Tresemer and Glenn (Susan) Tresemer; nieces and nephews, Brandon, Nick, Brianna, Jordan, and Tanner; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; mother of his children, Donna Lee; best friend, Jim Morse.  Predeceased by his grandparents, Gerald (Viola) Tresemer and Ted (Helen) Witt; uncle, Ken Witt; pets, Spike and Wrigley.

A memorial service will be held for Gerald on Sunday, August 18, 2024, at Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main Street, Roscoe, IL 61073, at 2:00 P.M., with a visitation starting at 1:00 P.M. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gerald’s sons, Sam and Nathan Tresemer.
