Frank J. Ciulla

Frank Ciulla passed away peacefully at home on June 25, 2026.

Frank is survived by his loving wife Joanne. Daughter Nicole (Scott) Reinmann. Son Joe Ciulla. Stepchildren Jenny (Dan) Green and Nathan Holmquist. Frank’s number one role as Nanu to Dominic and Grandpa Frank to Audrey, Hannah and David. Great-grandpa to Jack. Sisters Jeanine (Lanny) Wong, Jomarie (Bob) Graceffa, and Ann (Bruce) Eshelman. Numerous close family and friends.

Frank was preceded in death by Parents Joseph and Angela (Buttice) Ciulla.

Class of 1967 Boylan and later attending U of I. Frank worked at WA Whitney for 30 years, followed by JL Clark. To know Frank was to love Frank. Frank loved trips to Vegas and playing the horses. Frank loved to tip everyone. He loved to volunteer for his grandkids and wanted to be involved in their lives any way he could. He had a knowledge and love for coins, which he shared with Dominic. He loved the “bus team” morning texts. Frank would do anything for the people he loved. He was a devoted and sweet husband, always remembering special dates with cards and flowers. The commitment he had in raising his two children can not be matched, putting their needs above his own all while working multiple jobs and never complaining. Frank was strong, dedicated, generous, and selfless. You will be missed every single day. Fly high, Flyman.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Honquest Family Funeral Home in Roscoe. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. Frank will be entombed at Pinnacle Hill Cemetery at 1:00 p.m., with a luncheon to follow at Pietro's in Roscoe.
