Frank Ancona Obituary

Frank T. Ancona, 76, of Rockford passed away Friday, January 25, 2019. Born August 8, 1942 in Rockford to Frank and Catherine (Antczak) Ancona. Married Carol Olson in 1964 in Rockford. Retired as a meat cutter from Eagle Foods. Frank was an avid Chicago Bears fan and enjoyed fishing. He was a member of the Lombardi Club, Verdi Club and JKA Karate Club.

Survivors include wife, Carol Ancona; grandchildren, Hannah Ancona, Cameron Ancona; sisters, Delores (Frank) Baptist,Sandra Walters, Maryann Finn, Connie (John) Gossard, Debra (Jim) McKay; brothers, Steve (Linda) Ancona, David (Pai) Ancona, Mike Ancona, Robert Ancona; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; sons, Tony Ancona, and Steve Ancona.
