Frank Woodrow Allen

Frank Woodrow Allen, 74, of Byron passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 23, 2020 in his home from his family’s hands into the Hands of God. A veteran of the US Navy serving during the Vietnam War. Married PeeNee Goodwin on September 14, 2002 in Monroe Center, IL. Retired from Warner Electric on May 5, 2006 after 15 years. Frank enjoyed camping, girl’s softball and watching NCIS.

Survivors include wife, Florence “PeeNee” Goodwin-Allen; children, Shelley (Chuck) Stodder, Frank (Jennifer) Allen, Craig (Tracy) Goodwin, Jody (Randy) Pagles; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Norman, Elaine, Jeannette, Mary, Thelma, Paul; and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; and siblings, Ron, Eugene, Linda and Brenda.

Private family services are to be held. A celebration of life open house will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 starting at 3:00 p.m. at the home of PeeNee, 8592 North River Drive, Byron, IL 61010.
