Eldon E. Aase

Eldon E. Aase, 83, of Roscoe passed away April 3, 2025. Born on June 26, 1941 the son of Thomas and Luella (Rupp) Aase. He graduated from East High School in 1959 and served in the United States Air Force, stationed in Germany. After returning from the service he worked as a lab technician in Freeport and Rockford until becoming self employed later in his life. He enjoyed puzzles and crossword puzzles and collected eggs and Dachshund plates. 

Survivors include his sister, Lucille (Ed) Hodowanic; nephews, Tom Aase, Mark Aase and Jeff Hodowanic; and niece, Denise Murphy. Predeceased by his parents; brothers, Duane Aase and Richard Aase; nephew, Steve Aase; niece, Linda Meisinger; and life-long partner, Bob Burd.

Graveside service will be on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM in Willwood Burial Park, 7000 W. State St, Rockford, IL 61102.
