Eileen Elizabeth Delaney

Eileen Elizabeth Delaney, 99, of South Beloit, IL passed away October 2, 2021. She was born at home in Manchester Township, Boone County, IL on November 11, 2021, the daughter of Forrest and Olive J. (Griffis) Bussey. Eileen married Sigurd Leverson and later married Carl B. Delaney. Eileen volunteered at Caratas and Beloit Memorial Hospital for over 25 years in the gift shop.

Survivors include daughters, Sandra Hall, Carol A. (Bruce) Hahn; grandchildren, Pollyanna Franklin, Daniel B. (Danette) Hahn; great grandchildren, Madeline, Valerie, Clayton, Natalie, Delaney, Hannah; and nieces and nephews, Linda (Michael) Bowers, Rodger (Cindy Meier) Bussey, Raymond (Marlene) Bussey. Predeceased by parents; husband; son-in-law, Keith Hall; and brother, Everett (Harriet) Bussey.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Roscoe Chapel with a visitation from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial in Floral Lawn Cemetery, South Beloit. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Beloit Regional Hospice.
