Debra DeeAnn Midgley

April 20, 1968 ~ September 10, 2020 (age 52)

Debra DeeAnn (Milnichuk) Midgley, 52, died on September 10, 2020 with her family by her side in St. Louis, Missouri. Debra was the beautiful daughter of Robert and Le Milnichuk. She was born on April 20, 1968 in Beaufort, South Carolina. She is preceded in death by Le Milnichuk and Luke Hickcox and survived by her father and her sisters, Nicole (Jamie Jensen) Hickox and Laura (Jim) Rawdin. Debra was a beloved godmother to Noah Hickcox and Harper Rawdin as well as amazing aunt to all of the Hickcox, Rawdin, Watts, Jensen and Midgley children.
Debra devoted her life to the education and care of young children with multi-needs. She was a successful speech pathologist, and in the final years of her career, an administrator for the preschool programs in Goshen Community Schools in Indiana. Debra also was a lover of all animals, especially dogs. She spent a good portion of her life breeding and caring for a rare Swiss Mountain Dog, the Entlebucher Sennenhund.
Debra had a heart of gold and, it was her mission in life to give to those in need. As long as Debra was involved, there was no project too big that could not be accomplished. Debra had a contagious smile and zest for life, she loved to experience new things and spend time with her friends who meant the world to her. Debra would want all who knew her to challenge themselves to do for others first and to never be afraid to think outside the box.
