David Klopp Obituary

David Eugene Klopp passed away at home on Monday, June 7, 2021 at the age of 79. David was born in Fostoria, OH on October 11, 1941 to Harold Wesley Klopp and Doris Olive Leathers. He graduated from Bettsville High School in 1959 and went on to earn a degree from Allied Institute of Technology. He worked for Bob-Jo Cycle Co. and Ideal Industries both in Sycamore, IL. Dave enjoyed working on his vintage auto and his 51-year membership in the Masonic Fraternity.

Dave is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Connie; son, Nathan (Brenda) Klopp; step-children, Barbara (David) Conner, Robert C. Bevington, John W. Bevington; many grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Harold (Eunice) Klopp, Douglas (Meg) Klopp; sister, Margaret (Dalton) Pope; and many nieces.

Cremation rights to be accorded. Private family services to be held at a later date.
