Dan P. Udelhofen, 71, of Caledonia, IL, passed away peacefully in his sleep, surrounded by loved ones, on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Dan worked as a carpenter for 50 years and enjoyed woodworking with his sons, often making projects for friends and family. He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed various activities like hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family, and those closest to him will remember him with a cold PBR and a smile.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Udelhofen; children, Chad Udelhofen, Brent (Melinda) Udelhofen, Eric (Brandy) Udelhofen, and Kaitlin (Johnathan) Mitchell; grandchildren, Adam Nickel, Kalani, Haven, and Carson; sister, Virginia (Bob) Bleckeberg; brother, Kevin (Joan) Udelhofen. Dan is welcomed into the Kingdom of God by his deceased parents, Ruth and Merlin Udelhofen and his brother, Frank Udelhofen.
