Courtney Ann Currier

Courtney Ann Currier, 56, of Machesney Park, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021. She was born on September 9, 1964 in Alexandria, Virginia to Tom and Sandy (Skorepa) Currier. She attended Hononegah High School and worked at Milestone, Inc.  Courtney enjoyed her gardening, flowers, animals and was an accomplished cook. Courtney was all about making the world a prettier place. She loved everything about nature and life and her presence embodied that. She was a caring and loving lady who always gave nothing but kindness to anyone she met. 

Courtney is survived by her Father: Tom Currier; Child: Tommy Milanovich; Sisters: Cara Currier and Jaymie Romack; Lifelong partner: Kirt Johnson; Grandchildren: Colin Johnson and Ezra Johnson; Sibling: Matthew Johnson; Nieces: Haley Currier, Ashley Currier and Alyssa Romack. Preceded by her mother, Sandy (Skorepa) Currier. 

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory-Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park, IL 61111.
