Cathy Louise Withhart

Cathy Louise Withhart, 64, of Roscoe, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Born February 14, 1958 in Missoula, MT to Eugene and Emmy Lehman. Cathy had a vibrant personality and spent most of her life helping others. Those around her knew that she was a special person and loved to ride her bike. Cathy was proud of her work, enjoyed the outdoors, and got to see the Cubs win a World Series. She also dedicated a lot of her time to various causes and supporting the Rotary Club of Beloit.

Cathy is survived by her husband Frank Withhart; brother, Bob (Sally) Lehman; sister, Jane (Karl) Koerper; sons from a previous marriage, Amir (Jeanne) and Omid Niliaram; grandchildren, Jack and Michael Niliaram. She is predeceased by her parents, Eugene and Emmy Lehman; and son, Armon Niliaram. 

Funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, July 10, 2022 in Honquest Family Funeral Home with Crematory – Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Road, Loves Park with a visitation from 1:00 PM until time of service. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Rotary Club of Beloit in Cathy's honor.
