Carol Jeanine Vettore

Carol Jeanine Vettore was joyfully embraced by her Heavenly Father on January 6, 2022. She was born in Rockford, IL on December 15, 1935 to Francis and Carl Gambino. Carol was married to the love of her life, David Vettore, for 37 years. She was mother to “the three best sons” and had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who adored her.

Anyone who spent time with Carol knew she loved the Lord. She had a deep passion for teaching God’s Word in many different ministry settings from the time she gave her life to the Lord in 1976. Carol has shared God’s Word with hundreds of people so that they could grow in their relationship with the Lord and deepen their faith during hurting and difficult seasons of their lives. She has left an eternal impact on so many, especially the lives of her children and grandchildren. The countless prayers she has prayed are the everlasting gifts she has given to her family and friends. Those closest to her will remember her in the best way possible, dancing in the arms of Jesus.

Carol is survived by her sons, David Vettore (Judy Bitner), Mike (Debbie) Vettore and Robert (Tammy) Vettore; 9 grandkids; and 19 great-grandkids. She was preceded in death by her husband, David; parents; brother, Bob; and great grandson, Nicolas.
