Clinton Nicholas Thomas, 29, of Roscoe, IL, was called home to the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025.
Nick had a charismatic smile and charm that could melt the coldest hearts. He was kindhearted, witty, and respectful. Nick was a fishing enthusiast and found peace near the water. He enjoyed reading, listening to music, singing, and playing video and board games, but most of all, he enjoyed coin collecting from a young age.
Nick shined like a bright light in a crowd of people; he could acclimate to any environment and engaged in conversation with people of all walks of life. Nick has given his shirt off his back to someone in need. Nick was loved by so many people, and his spirit will live on and always be with us.
Nick is survived by his loving mother and father, Kim and Ray Garza, sister: Jenna Gaza, daughter: Scarlett Rose, Grandmother: Judith Stover, Grandmother: Antoinette “Toni” Cruz, Grandfather: David LaRoche, Uncles: David LaRoche, Danny Stover (Fabby), Aunts: Deborah Massarello (Vincent), Sheila LaRoche, Heather LaRoche, and many cousins.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 9th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory - Mulford Chapel, 4311 N. Mulford Rd., Loves Park, with a visitation from 11:00 am until the time of the service.
