Barton L. Wahlmark

Barton L. Wahlmark, 81, died at Mercyhealth Hospital on Friday, August 5, 2022.  After growing up in Rockford, he lived in Schaumburg, IL for the last several years, recently living at Wesley Willows for the past 8 months.  Bart was the son of Harold and Myrtle Wahlmark.  He graduated from East High School, Rockford and Drake University and served in the U.S. Army.  All of his working years were at IBM Corporation in sales support.

He is survived by his two brothers, Curt (Mary) Wahlmark of Rockford and Philip (Berniece) of Scottsdale, AZ; nieces and nephews, Carolyn, Heidi, Eric and Chris.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 19, 2022 in Grace United Methodist Church, 3555 McFarland Road, Rockford.
